As for the worry that scrub guilds with crappy people in it are going to see the end game, I wouldn't get so excited. However it does mean that more people will get to see that stuff before it goes into the black box of 40 man raids that nobody ever sees anymore.The best way to gauge is to ask yourself this: how many people actually stepped foot in Naxx? Not even fought a boss but actually zoned into the instance before BC came out. And now that getting AD rep is much harder due to the level/reputation gap and how many can even try to get into Naxx?When Burning Crusade came out and raids dropped in size, lots of the bigger guilds took a hit where the best geared and core members reformed into a 25 man system. After a while it leveled out.I think the same is going to happen again where these big ass guilds that have all this stringent dedication are going to break up and reform again and we'll be discussing the same argument when Arthas is released.
