 Game NewsAion : Server Merge, Transfer Details Announced
Players have long awaited details on the planned server merges and character transfers for NCsoft's Aion, but no longer! As part of Aion's June community address, the Aion development team has revealed that server merges will take place on July 7, 2010 and the character transfer service will begin the following day on July 8, 2010.
Server merges tend to be a relatively rocky affair with most games, but NCsoft is looking to make the transition smoother by offering the character transfer service free of charge with unlimited uses until August 18, 2010. So if you've got some chairs to move around you've got over a month to do it! Following the free period, transfers will be available as a service with an additional cost. |
